Monday 2nd July-Friday 6th July
Monday we visited Wenhaston church to learn more about the 'Doom.' We discovered how famous it was and we looked more closely at what it is about. Alison created some activities for us to complete. The first one was, we needed to read out what a person had done and the rest of us had to decide whether they were sent to heaven or hell (This is what the Doom is about.) We found this activity difficult as some people had made some wrong choices but also we could see some good in them.
For the second part of the afternoon, we looked around the church and read some facts about key features of the church. These were very interesting. We also had a quiz to complete in groups on The Doom itself.
