Monday 3rd March-Friday 10th March
Year 5 completed a series of problem solving questions this Friday during their Maths lesson, whilst Year 6 had a quiz to help them revise all the recent maths they have covered.
This week we presented to the class our research on the different areas of America we have been learning about. Each group studied a different area (as America is so big) and then we taught each other what we had learnt. We all had a power point, posters and a 3D landmark to show. We then all took it in turns to speak about our findings.
Next week we are going to learn about the American Pop Artist, Andy Warhol.
Well done for another week of super work!

Friday 10th March
English- You have a reading comprehension to
complete this week. Try to give yourself a time limit of approximately 20
minutes to complete the questions about the text.
Maths- For your home learning this week, I would
like you to continue practicing your times tables. A fun way to do this is by
making a fortune teller. Follow the instructions to make your fortune teller
and then use it to help you practice. Times tables really helps you in so many
areas of maths.
